<< BackTrinity Update
The Office of University Advancement is hard at work in advancing the mission of Trinity International University in many ways, two of which are the current capital campaign and the annual fund.
Since January of this year, the first phase of the Waybright Center, Trinity’s new student life center, has been open to the Trinity community. Many students, faculty, staff, and alumni have noted how this building has changed the feel of Trinity's campus. When the second phase of construction is completed in August of this year, the Waybright Center will house more meeting space, offices for student affairs, amenities for students who commute, student mailboxes, and even more recreational space for everyone on campus. This new building is the cornerstone of Trinity's Transformation Capital Campaign, which is in its final stage. To date, alumni, parents, friends of Trinity, and churches have donated over $18 million to this initiative, which is the largest capital campaign in Trinity's history.
In addition to the Transformation Campaign, the Advancement team is pursuing its goal of raising $2.07 million for Trinity's annual fund, which is called the Trinity Fund. Every penny which is donated to the Trinity Fund takes some of the financial burden off of students and their families, and allows Trinity to continue to offer an academically excellent, Christ-centered education at all of its schools. The goal of $2.07 million is also the largest in Trinity's history. The Advancement team covets your prayers and engagement as they try to meet this ambitious goal by June 30, 2010. Your gift at any level would make a real difference in the lives of students.
